Its sheer diversity amazes us time and again. We are based on the Mosel, but Rheinhessen, the Pfalz and the Nahe are also dear to our hearts. We have developed close ties in these neighbouring regions with cooperatives and independent growers who have been working closely with us for decades.
But we are also just as comfortable on the international stage and have a nose for the best terroirs and latest trends around the world.
Over time, we have developed partnerships with producers in nearly all the key regions of the major European wine countries. We now also have a good presence around the world.
Without our selected circle of partners, we would not be able to make the high-quality wines that we want in order to appeal to a diverse range of target groups.

WHERE WE COME FROM, WINE IS PART OF LIFE.
For us, it is even life itself, since we started in 1921 close to the steep Calmont, in the Moselle village of Ediger-Eller, as a small family winery. Driven by an untiring passion for wine, we have steadily risen. But despite all the success in the international world of wine: We are and remain a down-to-earth family business.

From here, over 100 motivated employees manage our winery, regional, national, and international wine sourcing, smooth logistics, and our powerful sales force.
